See why Outlets at San Clemente is a beautiful way to save

Outlets at San Clemente opened to the public on November 12th with a fabulous ribbon cutting ceremony, amazing deals that run through November 15th, and of course, a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Read on to see what you can expect at this 325,000 square foot shopping destination, including an opportunity to enter for a chance to win a $500 shopping spree!

The Outlets at San Clemente

During our visit, we took the opportunity to walk around the entire ocean-facing outdoor outlet shopping and dining destination. Currently in phase one, the mega retail hub will offer a mix of up to 70 retailers and restaurants – including FOUR ocean-facing restaurants. The Outlets at San Clemente features a classic Spanish Colonial aesthetic, very similar to the community of San Clemente. It’s super gorgeous and you feel as though you’re walking through a small town square.

Everyone was hustling to get their shops in order for the grand opening. Not everyone was ready to go, but the ones that were open had some absolutely fantastic deals.

The first phase (which it’s currently in) includes the opening of more than 35 retail stores, including: Bass Factory Outlet, Calvin Klein, Chico’s Outlet, Converse, GUESS Factory Store, H&M, Levi’s Outlet Store, Nike Factory Store, The PUMA Outlet Store, Tilly’s, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour, Vans and White House Black Market.

As for restaurants, you can take a break at Panera Bread, Ruby’s Diner, Starbucks, and Auntie Anne’s.

My favorite feature at the Outlets at San Clemente is all the detail work. It has a very coastal feel to it and it has these beautiful archways, turrets and romantic balconies (currently housing reindeer and Christmas trees for the Christmas season). I love the different elements that were pulled together to really make us feel as though we’re in the villages of Andalusia, Spain.

What stuck out the most to me though, were the restrooms. YES!!! Their restrooms are the kind that will make your jaw drop and wish you had one just like it at home. They are super pretty, the colors are calm, serene and very spa-like, and they have one every 250 feet! In total, you can find two women’s restrooms with luxurious lounges, two men’s restrooms and six family restrooms.

  • VIP loyalty program and lounge
  • Valet parking
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Complimentary stroller and wheelchair use
  • Complimentary baggage check
  • Grading to facilitate easy accessibility for wheelchairs and strollers

I invite you to stop by the Outlets at San Clemente whenever you’re in the area, but more so this weekend during their grand opening and holiday events. And hey, if you have a family dog, bring them too! It’s a dog-friendly location so long as they’re on a leash.
